From NYC-based kids music band Shira & Friends, "B'yachad," which is Hebrew for "together," is a joyful celebration of holidays and other special moments that families share together. With a stylish pop/rock vibe, B'yachad is sure to have parents grooving to the tunes alongside their kids.

Shira Kobren is an early childhood educator in New York City, who spends her days singing with young children and their families. She is passionate about creating music that children can understand, relate to, learn from, and enjoy, and that adults appreciate and enjoy just as much. She is a firm believer in the transformative power of a great pop song, and her music is heavily inspired by her love of all types of pop.

The tunes on B’yachad are a collection of songs that Shira wrote over several years of teaching. As she searched for songs on specific topics and couldn’t find anything that resonated with her, she decided to write the songs herself. With the help of her long-time collaborator and producer, Julian Cassia, Shira brought her songs to life with sparkling pizzazz and created a record of dance-worthy tunes for the whole family. She hopes that you enjoy her music, whether or not you are listening with a child.
